Public Relations

Good "PR" is not back slapping and blasting out press releases. It is a management tool to build relationships with constituencies that matter to your business, organization, or cause.

The key to good marketing is having the right message in the first place.

Can you tell someone in 20 seconds what you do and why you're a better choice than any competitor? If not, how can you can expect your potential customers, employees, shareholders, or other key groups to know?

The Albany public relations leader can offer this kind of help!

Problem:

The word isn't getting out about what makes you special. Important external constituencies --- prospects, customers, shareholders, donors, government and civic leaders are getting mixed messages or no message at all.

Solution:

We provide message clarity and effective counsel on how to use information to establish identity, build relationships and further your mission with first-rate public relations and marketing.

Success Story:

In 2007, Mark Grimm managed and hosted a “Town Hall” style meeting for a Saratoga Springs client soliciting public input concerning the future of NY racing. About 130 people participated and nearly a dozen media outlets came. Breakout groups at 13 tables discussed a series of topics for more than an hour, each led by a table facilitator. Mark then hosted a closing session summarizing what the table discussions produced. The event produced valuable citizen input and positioned the client as a leader in citizen participation. Not a penny of paid advertising was spent on the event.
